Hinoki, Azalea and Boxwood Tree Bonsai Workshop

This workshop will consist of receiving 3 different bonsai.  The hinoki cypress are in 8″ pots, with height up to 14″ from soil line and roughly 3/4″ trunks.  The azalea are in 6″ pots with a height of up to 7″ from soil line and up to 1″ trunks.  The kingsville boxwood are in 6″ pots, with a height of up to 5″ from soil line and up to 1/4 to 1/2″ trunk.  We will begin the workshop with horticulture care of each tree.  During the workshop we will perform initial pruning and do some wiring if needed.  We are limiting the workshop to 8 seats.

We handpicked these trees out of a large selection to get the best ones for this workshop.

This tree and workshop offers an excellent opportunity for any level of bonsai enthusiast including beginner (who has taken our beginner class or experienced in bonsai) and beyond, as each person can focus on the creation, styling and detail wiring at their own level.

The workshop includes:  3 potted trees.  You will need to supply your own tools and wire, or purchase during the workshop.  Photos above are some of the actual workshop trees.
