Description
The Akadama is a small grained product, around 5mm for general bonsai soil use. It is labeled “Hard Akadama”. Like Akadama in general it can be crushed between your fingers. It is used as a component in bonsai soil and often mixed with black lava and pumice to create a bonsai soil mix.
